
Patricia has been with Catering Thyme since the inception. She has over 24 years experience in the food business as a chef, pastry chef, caterer, restaurant manager and kitchen manager. She also worked for a food broker, traveling around the southeast introducing new products and doing product demonstration. She has a knack for understanding the client’s needs as well as offering new and innovative ideas that are on the cutting edge in the culinary world.
Patricia is a graduate of The Culinary Institute of America, with a degree in Baking and Pastry Arts.
