Stacey Ashley has been with Catering Thyme since the inception.  She has over 15 years experience in the food industry and 4 years as an Event Planner.  She has worked with groups as small as 10, up to complete organization of out of town meetings with an attendance over 500. Whether you are having a small intimate gathering, a large corporate function or planning your dream wedding, Stacey can help with all the details.  Working closely with local vendors, she can coordinate and negotiate transportation, accommodations, tents, tables and chairs, photographers, flowers and all other needs to create your next perfect event.  Our ultimate goal is for every event to be spectacular and allow our clients to enjoy themselves, while feeling confident their special day will be handled professionally.
