We work closely with you and discuss all aspects of the wedding food and beverages. No detail is left to chance. Whether you prefer a sit-down formal dinner or a southern-style barbecue buffet, we can make it happen.

We offer servers to staff the buffet stations or to serve the guests at the tables. Our personnel also keep an eye on the buffet's food levels making quick change-overs when necessary.
